      Description

Previously when loading sources, we had a popup that disappeared if all was well, or stayed up and showed any errors from loading sources.
Now we only have a progress bar and a very discrete red icon with a mouse over indicating any errors.

The content of the mouseover ideally should be displayed on the load screen very visibly, to notify of any load errors.

Also, that red icon could be clickable to open the console and show the error messages to make it easy to view them.

Would definitely like to see this in the new UI.

Additional If I go back into the sources and unload them all, and then reselect sources and load, then the error/warning count should be reset, currently it adds the errors/warnings to the current load, to the previous load, so it's not clear if the latest load has worked ok (other than restarting pcgen...)
