Remove Free Form folder so NetBeans recognizes project as a Maven project

Description

Removing this folder won't affect the way the project is built. It'll change how the IDE treats the project. Users will still be able to build via either Ant or Maven, just would need to run ant from command prompt instead of from the IDE.
