      Description

      Psi Crystals have 0 HD, which causes odd messages.

      Need to grant 1 HD to fix.

        Well, shucks, I guess I can back out my commit then. We should really get PCGen to not complain
        about the level issue then though.

        Yes, cancelled as invalid. We have two methods - the rules version and the pcgen version for those that want 1 HD.
