Description

  • Wrong CR adjustment: Half-celestial template provides CR bonus,
    according to HD. But when I created a level 20 human NPC with this
    template, CR is 20 (19+1). I think CR should be 22 (19+3), because HD =
    20 >= 11. Am I wrong here?

Reviewed RSRD and PF - 20 Levels with Half-Celestial = 23 in RSRD which seems correct; PF CL-1 +1 as Half-Celestial = 20 also correct per the coding.
