    I've loaded every dataset that appears to be legal for official PFS play.

Description

I've just started using 5.17.12 and I am creating a Gnome Ranger. After selecting the bonus languages based on intelligence, I select the alternate racial trait "Gift of Tongues" and the feat "Cosmopolitan", both of which grant additional languages. The Language selection dialog pops up, and a language can be selected, but "Add" remains greyed out. The number of available language in the bonus language dialog does go up.

It has been so long, that I don't remember the details. I just upgraded to 5.17.13. Let me see if I can reproduce it there.
