preview.html has 3 weapon block limit but no overflow blocks

The preview.html sheet has a 3 weapon limit on the weapon output blocks like the Standard.html sheet but unlike that sheet it does not have an overflow section for when the PC has more than 3 weapons, so any more than 3 will not be displayed on that sheet. The solution is to just remove the 3 item limit since because this is for on-screen display and there is no need to section things off into pages like we have to for printed output.
