Description

Users are frequently citing that X is wrong, and it seems to be related to the Encumbrance rule. It'd be nice if we could have something be more visible to indicate a character is currently encumbered.

Added indicator when encumbrance is not "Light". Shows up on the PDF sheet just under BAB. In revision 13812 in 5.17.4 trunk only.
