Not getting the right attack numbers on 11th level fighter

Description

The Attack numbers simply do not add up correctly. It seems the numbers are nonsense. At first I thought it was leaving off weapon training, but its leaving off more than that.

11th level fighter attached,
Sources = Pathfinder core, APG, UM, UC

Got it to work finally by saving the fighter under a different name to get it to create a new file.
Seems to work now.
